You could be that person that can teach us the right steps to take to at least try to move forward with our area of interest.
I myself do that. But not having political education one of my pationate dreams are still unfulfilled...that is stronger laws for pet owners and abusers. I've reached out to politicians that could enlighten me as to how i can try to achive this to no avail. I never even received an acknowledgement of my petition.

This is a great article. It hits home to a lot of feelings many of us share about the importance of doing the right thing(s). Following our conscious, moral compass & core values the all cultures share in these beliefs. It’s not about approving anyone’s lifestyle it’s about basic human decency… no one deserves to starve… especially in a society where we have so much in abundance that it’s a conscious cruelty to ignore the suffering of others. Anyone who doesn’t agree is insidious. As it has become apparent those who have had their hands forced to do the right thing are being seen for their true motives… That’s our power…. Slowly chipping away at the façade of fascism with non violent resistance.
Starvation was a plot to cause chaos & bringing about despair. Desperate people do desperate things… starting riots is their motivation to invoke martial law. This is a huge win & only proves our point.

My understanding is grocery stores are making 2 to 3% profit margin. Not receiving EBT could be devastating to smaller stores. I live in northeast Tennessee where hurricane Helene hit us so bad last year. We will take care of each other, even though the majority vote red. Please forgive them, they know not what they do.
People will soon react and start committing petty theft and such simply to put food on the table and the ass~ministration will further their claims of crime running rampant (primarily in Blue States and Cities... they may throw in a token Red city here and there to save face).

My sister and I put together a local group of literally everyone I could think of and solicited the heck out of it! So far I’ve got a car full of groceries and over $300 cash to donate to our CFB. Just another example of the power of an idea; I can afford perhaps $25 alone but together….🤩🤩

I'm fortunate in that I can live small and modestly and have just enough, and just enough time to split and rick up oak and ash for the little woodstove to drive off the chill of the season.

We’re in a new city/state after a cross-country move. We are unemployed, I’m now disabled, and we live on my husband’s Social Security. My ACA premium is set go up at least 500 percent.
We’ve cut all we can so to re-up our ACLU membership, and donate $3 to every worthy battle whoever, whatever, wherever — and again. Aged-out editors, we maintain six different social media accounts as if they were our own little wire service. We use the Five Calls app, write postcards, attend every protest, Resistance Lab, are getting to know our neighbors …

We tripled our giving to the local food bank, and added a couple other organizations as well. I am clearing out our pantry to get a bag or two.
