The Haredi are able to shut down multiple routes throughout Israel - with no consequences. The demonstrators on Kaplan shut down the Ayalon - with no consequences. I say the citizens of Israel should surround and shut down Ben Gurion Airport for starters - that will move the needle. And, if that is not enough, surround the Knesset until our Knesset representatives understand that the vast majority of the people in Israel, who are not Haredi or extremists, want our hostages release now; want a complete State Inquiry into October 7 now; and thereafter the calling of general elections.

It's up to us now, just like it was up to the indigenous people and the Jews and the people of Gaza, to remember our history, all of it, and pass it down to our children however we must, even if the websites and books and museums are destroyed. How are we going to teach our children about our real history when Dumkoff keeps trying to erase it? I guess we should steal some history books from the current generation and hope they were not “cleansed” so we could actually show the next generation what happened.

Not just the physical, that has become synonymous with violence, but also the psychological that to me is even worse. I appreciated this information.. Also, I liked Erik that in your descriptions, you directly linked this information with the current administration. What better way to show examples of all levels of the violence we’re experiencing on a daily basis. It reminds me of that saying, something like to inflict physical violence, although wrong, but the pain of it is nothing compared to what it can do psychologically to the victim. The damage lives on long after the pain is gone. Food for thought.
