Stare Down the Monster

I was told to look away from so many things. To ignore something or look away is not going to end this

Today I am going to take you on a brief journey of things that I have been asked to ignore. Please keep in mind that this is only the tip of the iceberg of all the insanity that is happening.

I have been asked, does it affect you? Does one event or another change my life?

I have been told to continue to pray for our current “leader.”

I have been told that he is an imperfect vessel.

I have been told that he will learn, and grow into the role of President.

Ignore these things they said…

I have been asked to ignore the clearly racist rants from our current “leader” because other presidents were also racists.

I have been told to ignore the fact that COVID-19 was a deadly disease. Instead we were all advised by the “president” to inject bleach into our bodies to immunize ourselves. Or maybe use ivermectin to eradicate the illness.

I was also told that the illness would disappear overnight. That I should ignore the experts in the field of disease control. Ignore the combined hundreds of years of experience that the doctors gathered.

I should ignore that a huge number of people around the world were wiped out due to the poor response of our leadership.

I have been told to ignore that thousands of wild-eyed sycophants attacked our Capitol on January 6 2021, as they assembled a gallows to hang Mike Pence.

I was told to believe that the people convicted of felonies on J6 were actually just tourists. And that the 140 police officers that were beaten, crushed between doors, sprayed with chemical agents, and beaten by multiple blunt objects was just a regular day.

That I should be okay that these monsters hoisted a flag with DT's face on it in place of the symbol that has represented the United States for almost 250 years.

I was told to ignore that the first day DT returned to the office, he released these violent people back into our society.

I have been told to ignore that the murder of Renee Good happened because she was a domestic terrorist. I was told to ignore that she had never received more than a parking ticket.

I have been told to ignore our ugly history in order to exemplify the white, christian, male as never having been anything but good. That everything we have done is righteous.

I was told to ignore the thousands of pages of documentation that prove our country has never been “great.”

I have been told to ignore grocery prices as they have continued to rise.

I have been told to ignore what I see with my own eyes.

I have been told to ignore the people wearing masks and pretending to be military, attacking people all over the nation. It's okay because the people being attacked are immigrants. And ignore that due process is a right given to everyone, including people that have illegally entered our country.

I was told to ignore that the White House is being treated like nothing more than a real estate project.

Ignore that the east wing was torn down because there wasn't enough room for the “president's” tacky ballroom.

I was told to ignore that we kidnapped another country’s leader without any proper authorization.

I was told to ignore that our “president” was openly threatening to go to war with Greenland. That I should ignore that he was doing it without approval or any good reason and violating NATO agreements at the same time.

I was told to ignore that our social security numbers have been compromised and are being used as data collection tools to violate my privacy.

I have been told to ignore that thousands of federal workers were fired because of “waste, fraud, and abuse” despite the vital operations that these employees performed.

I was told that I should ignore that ICE could disregard the 4th amendment of the constitution.

I was told to ignore literal nazis running around the streets.

I was told to ignore Elon Musk throwing nazi salutes standing over the presidential seal of the United States.

I was told to ignore that ICE is allowed to use CHILDREN as bait to draw out any immigrants in their home.

I was told to ignore that the White House can double as a Tesla dealership.

I was told to ignore that our “president” is clearly suffering from dementia.

I was told to ignore the christian groups assembling golden statues of DT in front of the Capitol.

I was told to ignore the fact that hundreds, possibly thousands of classified documents were stolen and stuffed in a bathroom in one of DT's properties.

I was told to ignore the Epstein Files Transparency Act. I was told to ignore that under the law that all files are to be released and properly redacted. That I should ignore that its been over thirty days since those files should have been made available.

I am stating all of these things not because I am despairing. I am writing these things down as a reminder to myself and to those that may not be aware.

I am also writing it down to help inform people who may be having second thoughts about aligning themselves with the current regime.

Writing all of these things down, it surprises me how much has happened. And this is exactly what the goal has been. They want to bury their most recent awful event with the next. By the time we catch up we find ourselves pushed to the next horrible thing. This results in everyone not giving proper attention to hundreds of violations of the law that have already occurred.

In the meantime, the right continues to upend established institutions like a bodily function as it continues its assault on the American public. This is done before we have even processed the last atrocity.

Does this horrible string of events ever end? The answer is no, if we look away. If we are to hold the people doing these things accountable, we have to start with the lower level officials.

I find it very hard to believe that people like Stephen Miller are not responsible for some of these unlawful decisions. He needs to answer questions for his disgusting policies under sworn testimony.

Jim Jordan never answered his subpoena from years ago. He still needs to be questioned.

Tom Homan still hasn’t answered for the 50,000 dollar bribe that he received.

Neither Jonathan Ross nor a lawyer has come forward with a defense for the murder of Renee Good.

These people all need to be brought under the spotlight and answer for these awful crimes.

We need to hold accountable all of the people involved in these massive violations of law. We cannot continue to run from one shiny object to the next if we are to ever pin down anyone for any of these crimes.

Ultimately DT is the one we want to go after in the end but we need to start kicking out his supports. We need them to sit and answer questions from congressmen and judges alike.

I don’t know if it is even possible to force these guys to answer for these crimes. It may not be in the cards because of the current control of the three branches right now.

But we the people need to be a combined voice that is more powerful than any of the three branches.

We have to be a constant alarm while calling out these people. We will no longer ignore this onslaught of corruption.

They have awakened the giant, and there will be no turning back until this mountain of criminality is accounted for.

We make this country run. We are the people who can withhold consent. We need to continue to run these roving ICE gangs out of town.

We all need to stand up like the people of Minnesota. We need to say no when they need to stop to pee at the gas station. We need to refuse even the slightest request from these criminals.

The people of Minnesota are showing us the way. They should all be proud of the courage they have shown in the face of these idiots.

Their cause is righteous and so is yours. Don’t second-guess yourself ever. We are the ones that are right. If someone disagrees with you, I have tens of millions that are willing to say otherwise.

Don’t ignore it. Look at the monster, don't back down. Be the one that calls out what happens in your town. Refuse to be a victim.

When you stare down that monster, do you know what it does? It shrinks, it runs to its mother, and it cries.

Be smart and be safe out there, my friends, and show some goddamn courage! I know you will.
