Obviously, We Got Into a War

Once again US history continues its cycle

I may have brought up the fact that history doesn’t repeat itself but it sure does rhyme. These patterns go back centuries.

I hate that this cycle continues. We see these events unfold in a very similar fashion each time. These wars are standard procedure at this point. Even with an idiot like Trump in office we still fall into the same pattern.

If you grind it all down, there is never a righteous war. Killing, torturing, mental anguish, starving, PTSD, children, human rights, basic functions to sustain life. None of these things should be taken away.

I don’t have any illusion that there are not any mad men out there that must be stopped. Hitler, Mussolini, Stalin, Trump and many others all needed to be stopped. But down to a personal level, when someone is looking another human being in the eye, and it is either you or him/her, neither one should end the life of the other. Human beings do have a natural disgust response to the killing of another person. This is shown through scientific data and research done by David Grossman, On Killing: The Psychological Cost if Learning to Kill in War and Society pg. 86.

These things happen whether you are on the “good side” or the “bad side”. More often than not, when it comes to using military strength, the U.S. is the most lethal by far.

We have the most nuclear weapons, the most aircraft, bombs, guns, missiles, drones and technology for killing people that we aren’t even aware of yet. Imagine if we used our money for a good cause.

The biggest portion of our nation's budget goes to the military. Maybe we can use one third of that money to help pay off our ridiculous deficit. We triple the military spending of the next closest nation. (China)

I don't know if spending translates directly to military might, but if you are spending three times as much as the next closest nation, chances are your military strength is above and beyond any other country.

Many things are now automated when it comes to war. I don't think if the men funding these atrocities saw the killing up close and personal they might hesitate to hand over their next billion. The people in charge have very little respect for human life.

I am of the opinion that even one life lost in combat is too many. My grounds for this are the fact that we shouldn’t be ending anyone’s life. Everyone deserves a life in which care for one another is the most important factor.

The U.S. has a military budget of one trillion dollars per year. That type of hammer really does make everything look like a nail if you’re in charge. Especially if you aren’t the one to pull the trigger. Especially if you are as reckless and without compassion for anything or anyone like DT.

This is why he is such a monster. If you look at the difference in compassion and empathy between our current president and the one prior, DT couldn’t hold a candle to Biden.

At this point in my article I would just like to state that on Saturday 6/21/25 Trump sent a military strike unprovoked towards nuclear facilities in order to take out Iran’s nuclear capabilities.

In response Iran just hit several US run military bases. Currently it is 1:33pm est. This would not have happened if Trump had just listened to his advisors. Instead he responded to Tulsi Gabbard's statement that there were no nuclear threats from Iran by saying that “I dont care what she said”.

This is what you call a child kicking and screaming because he’s mad that no one showed for his stupid birthday/military parade while everyone went to the No Kings protest.

He put his own almost nonexistent emotions over the fate of millions. We begged and pleaded and protested about these things that are happening now. A man that is absent any real emotion except anger and hate is what motivates this man. He is, and never was a leader. The only reason he had for being in office is for money and protection from going to jail.

He now gets to push the button to whatever weapon he wants. He will not care if it’s a nuke. He has no knowledge of what nukes do, nor does he care. He just wants to feed his own narcissistic toddler-like desire, so he can look tough like his daddy Putin, Orban, and Kim Jong Un.

Our country is, and has been in crisis for a while. There is no longer any doubt that we are in a constitutional crisis. This is all out war against the American people. He has now opened the gates to what is about to be called World War III.

I’m sorry for the depressing article today. With the things that are happening it really feels like things are coming apart. I worry for my family and all the other innocent people worldwide who are going to be involved in whatever happens next. Its a frightening time but we still have to stand up to this brutality. The real fight starts now.

Be brave friends. We are in this together.
